(hereinafter, the \u201c<strong>Company<\/strong>\u201d), will be processed in accordance with the aforementioned legislation and in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, and the protection of your privacy and rights, with particular reference to integrity, confidentiality, personal identity, and the right to the protection of personal data (hereinafter, the \u201c<strong>Data<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong><strong>Types of Data Processed<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.1 <strong><strong>Browsing data<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information systems and procedures&nbsp;<em>software<\/em>&nbsp;responsible for the operation of this website&nbsp;<em>web<\/em>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ask4location.it\/en\/\">ask4location.it<\/a>, collect, in the course of their normal operations, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the browsing of websites&nbsp;<em>web<\/em>. The processing does not involve special categories of data as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR 679\/2016, nor does it involve personal data related to criminal convictions and offenses as defined in Article 10 of the GDPR 679\/2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong><strong><strong><strong>Nature of the contribution<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The provision of the data referred to in points (a), (b), and (c) of Article 3 (<em>Legal Basis and<\/em>&nbsp;<em>Purpose of the processing<\/em>) is required. This processing is necessary to enable the Company to provide and manage the services it offers. If the User refuses to provide the Data, or if consent to its processing is not given, the Company will be unable to fully provide the services offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The provision of the data referred to in points (d) and (e) of Article 3 (<em>Legal basis and<\/em>&nbsp;<em>Purpose of the processing<\/em>) is optional. Failure to provide consent will not affect your ability to receive the requested services and will result solely in the consequences described below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>failure to consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in Article 3(d) (<em>Legal basis and purposes of the processing<\/em>), will result in your inability to receive informational communications from the Company;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>failure to consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in point (e) of Article 3 (<em>Legal basis and purposes of the processing<\/em>), will prevent the Company from disclosing or transferring the Data to third parties (suppliers) for the purpose of providing the services requested and supplied by the Company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>Methods of processing<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data provided will be collected and stored for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes.
