    (d) In this regard, Ask4 Location reserves the right: (i) to assess whether the photographic material submitted by the applicant meets the quality standards characteristic of the locations offered by Ask4 Location, and (ii) to decide independently and at its sole discretion which of the submitted photographic materials to publish on its website.
    (e) The applicant warrants that all information provided regarding the reported Location is true and accurate, and agrees to notify Ask4 Location of any modifications or changes to the information provided.
    (f) The applicant agrees to indemnify Ask4 Location against any civil and/or criminal liability for damages incurred by third parties arising from the untruthfulness, falsity, or inaccuracy of the information provided.
    (g) It is understood that the applicant’s personal data will be processed in accordance with European Regulation (EU) 2016/679, for the purposes and in the manner set forth in the privacy policy.
