At Faber's House – Industrial Loft for a TV Commercial

This loft was recently added to our location database, and we liked it so much that we wanted to get to know the owner better, so we took the Ask4 Location cameras and went to Faber’s home.

A loft that looks just like something out of New York, yet we're actually in Milan, in an industrial setting.

Faber, the homeowner, tells us that his home was the star of
numerous TV commercials, movies, TV series, and photo shoots. During the interview, he tells us what it feels like to see his home on television, what the rewards are, and which parts of the house he’s most fond of. He explains why it’s beneficial rent out your home for commercials. His loft, which Faber describes as ‘vintage rock,’ is often chosen by production companies, and each time different spaces are used, which are frequently set up and transformed to meet the director’s needs. Faber advises people who have a very unique, spacious home to take the plunge into this experience, which he finds deeply rewarding.
