The building has two floors: the ground floor features a series of majestic star-shaped vaults, while the first floor—which was raised at a later date—features high, flat ceilings and provides direct access to the rooftop terrace.

The building is also complemented by a classic relevance: a typical vaulted room with a distinctly Apulian character, featuring a separate entrance through a large wooden door.
